PARADIGM - What controls your life without you realizing it
A paradigm is a mental program that controls your life much more than you realize. Maybe you've noticed yourself doing things that you know aren't good for you, but you keep doing them anyway. That you end up in the same patterns, the same thoughts, and the same choices, without fully understanding why.
Paradigms are unconscious programs we carry with us. They are shaped through our upbringing, through our heritage, our environment and especially in childhood, the years when we are most open and vulnerable. That is when we learn what is safe, what is right, and who we have to be in order to fit in and be accepted. Over time, this becomes something we begin to identify with, and we live more and more on autopilot.
Therefore, it is also quite natural that we often end up thinking, feeling and living in ways that are similar to those we grew up around. Not because it is necessarily us, but because that is what we have been taught.
At the same time, many people walk with a quiet feeling that something is missing. Perhaps a restlessness, an emptiness or a feeling of not being completely satisfied. As if there is more in you that does not fit. Often this is not about something being wrong with you, but that you are living from programs that are not really yours.
So who are you, when you are not your thoughts, your duties, your responsibilities, or the expectations of others?
For me, this is not just about understanding it mentally, but about feeling it in the body. To start to loosen layer by layer, so that you can get closer to what is real within you. This is also where change happens, not through pushing yourself, but through awareness, presence and inner work.
In my courses and gatherings we work with exactly this. You not only gain insight into how the mind works, but also the opportunity to experience it within yourself. Many experience more peace, clarity and a deeper connection with themselves, and begin to make choices that actually feel right, not just right for others.
If you feel that there is something more within you that wants to emerge, then this is an invitation to begin.
